Today, this information is scattered across suppliers, manufacturers, and recyclers, often stored in disconnected formats or even on paper-based certificates.
Regulatory frameworks such as the EU Digital Product Passport initiative are introducing new requirements to document and share product-related data throughout its lifecycle. Yet, most existing solutions target enterprises, leaving individuals—such as designers, craftsmen, and small business owners—without accessible tools to register and manage passports for their own products.
The absence of an interoperable, user-friendly solution limits adoption, hinders traceability, and slows down the transition to sustainable and circular production. Consumers increasingly demand visibility into where products come from and what happens after they are used, but existing systems remain too complex and fragmented to meet this demand efficiently.
What We Offer
CDXi DPP is a digital product passport mobile application designed for individual users and small producers, offering them an intuitive way to create, store, and share verifiable product data. The solution aligns with EU sustainability regulations and provides a bridge between individuals, markets, and regulatory systems.
By enabling standardized data exchange through interoperable digital formats, DPP Mobile empowers users to: • Register product information, including materials, origin, and certifications. • Track lifecycle events such as repairs, reselling, or recycling steps. • Verify authenticity through QR-based identification and blockchain-backed data integrity. • Communicate sustainability and compliance information directly with customers or marketplaces.
CDXi DPP makes it possible for artisans, small manufacturers, and eco-conscious consumers to participate actively in the circular economy. Its design supports both independent use and integration into larger enterprise ecosystems, ensuring future scalability.
At present, the solution offers the following core modules:
- Product Registration Module: Create and manage a digital ID for each product, with detailed metadata and customizable categories.
- Lifecycle Tracking Module: Record events like handovers, repairs, and material recovery, building a transparent product history over time.
- Verification and Sharing Module: Generate and scan QR codes or NFC tags to access product data instantly and securely.
- Sustainability Insights Module: View environmental impact scores, material composition, and recycling readiness through a clean, visual dashboard.
By combining mobile accessibility, interoperable standards, and secure data management, CDXi DPP democratizes access to digital product passports—bringing digital transparency from industrial-scale systems to individual creators and users.
At the moment, CDXi DDP is available only in the App Store.
